An out of state LLC has a $200 state filing fee with Delaware.  You do need to provide a certificate of good standing from your home state with the registration. It takes about 4 weeks to get your Delaware certificate of authority, unless you pay $50 for 24 hour expedited processing.

An out of state corporation has a $245 state filing fee with Delaware.  You need to have a certificate of good standing from your home state or incorporation, dated within 6 months. Again, normal processing takes about 4 weeks – but for $50 you can get your Delaware certificate of authority processed in 24 hours.
